Under new owners/name. Old signs are still up, but still was easy to find. Clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the bar and some dinner. Great price and dog friendly!

It wasnt a bad place to stay. However it is not a boutique hotel. Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo and towel. They do provide towels but they are very small. They do not provide airport shuttles in the evenings.
When you want to experience a stay where you feel like the most important and loved individual on the planet, then this is where you stay! The staff are unbelievably hospitable and kind and attentive! The rooms are excellent in the beds are just solid clouds sent straight from heaven. Best sleep of my life! Not to mention the cleanliness and the updated amenities..... This place is hands down the best place you can stay when wanting to be close to the airport or in any area close to downtown or Oklahoma city. It's hit or miss with hotels in this area but this hotel is not only a hit..... It's home run after home run after home run!
The check in process was chaotic and unorganized. We were given a room that already had people in it. It was a terrible experience.

We never got to check in because they said they never got our reservation from Expedia even though I had confirmation from Expedia. While I was in the lobby waiting to try to get it figured out, many other people came to the desk with various problems with check in & with the hotel.
Iām sure the property will be fine once the remodel or change of ownership is complete but as of now this place is actually mediocre at best. The rooms are dimly lit at best. Some of the lights in the room were not even working. There were extension cords throughout the hallway powering what appeared the WIFI routers for the building. You never knew where the front desk was located was it on the property I booked or the property it joined. I will not be using this property in November when I return to the area for the AQHA World Show.
This hotel was in the process of changing ownership. The new owners were there and very nice. The room was great very clean spacious good beds and great bathroom. There was no Internet above the ground level. (I think due to the change over) The old hotel sign was on the outside of the building, and the sign for the new hotel was not yet installed, so the hotel was very hard to find. I actually walked into the lobby to see if they could tell me where the Surface hotel was located when I discovered that I was actually in the surface hotel.
But I have to say the staff in the manager of the hotel, where trying hard to accommodate people.
Former Radisson and Sheraton 4 Points. The switch must be recent because they didnāt have a sign showing it was a Surface Hotel so was a little difficult to confirm we were at the right hotel. Staff were friendly, the rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. They even had two free bottles of water for us. Give yourself extra time for th shuttle. We arranged our shuttle in advance but we still had to wait 15 minutes. And the price canāt be beat. We booked through Expedia and found that we got an Addis $7 charge that wasnāt listed in our reservation. The hotel said it was a booking charge and couldnāt do anything about it. I contacted Expedia and they refunded the $7. Itās not the amount of thst $7 charge that concerned me, it was more th lack of transparency. Anyway Expedia took care id it. All in all, I would stay here again.
