I know you can do contactless check in. I chose to go to the front desk. No one was there working. I waited a few. Then I was going to try the app so I could check in. After another 5 minutes a clerk showed up. The other issue is almost everytime I get to my room the refrigerator has someone’s old food in it. I guess housekeeping doesn’t check the fridge.

Me and my husband been coming to this hotel several times, we are gold members, we checked in on 3/26/24 - @7pm , the front desk Amanda has horrible customer service training, after we checked in we went up to the room, and the bathroom was dirty, we came don, and ask if possible to change us to different room, and she made us sit in lobby for 20 min for her to send someone up and verify the room was indeed dirty, they supposedly clean the room, we ask her if she can change us to other room, and she literally told us to either take that room or go somewhere else, my husband and I always travel and this never ever had happened to us, the front desk really needs to learn how to treat people, she is really rude, and ending we had to stay the night in a dirty room, she deny me contact with a manager, she told me she already had talk to her Manager and amanager had told her not to change the room, she only gave me her first name: Amanda.
