"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"Very quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Only downfalls we’re ants inside the residence and there was no step to easily get in the pool. "

"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。 リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度騒いだり走り回っても　他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。 一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。 何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。 また利用したいです。"

"三世代の家族旅行で利用しました。新築の様な一戸建てで、とても快適に過ごせました。 建物の前の道が少し狭いので、駐車が苦手な方は注意が必要ですが、駐車場が広々としているので、大きな車でも停める事が出来ました。 家の中の設備も充実していて、家族が多かったので特に洗濯乾燥機はありがたかったです。 リゾートホテルももちろんいいですが、70歳の母は家の様に過ごせる場所は安心すると言っていました。 幼稚園、小学生の子供もまた来たいと言っています。 家族旅行にとてもおすすめな場所です。"
