The building itself was new and clean. There is very limited parking, at the hotel, as well surrounding area, there was only 1 small coin parking near by. Walking to the parking area, you go by not so clean streets with lots of little snack bars. Good thing is there was a 7-11, small grocery store, and a medicine store in walking distance. When there was an issue, within one or two phone calls, we were able to speak to someone.

The place is super clean, spacious, and right by the bus station. The only negative is that the internet would run slow in the evenings.

写真ではソファがあるように見えたのですが実際はなかったので部屋は狭く感じました。 あとドライヤーの風量が弱いことと、冷蔵庫がもう少し大ければなぁという感じですが、それ以外は部屋も清潔でとても満足しました！

優點：房間大、整潔，離超市、便利商店、公車站、大創都超近。且營業時間到24點。很方便。 缺點：只能透過app聯絡，app上面屋主電話不會有回應，屋主只給了房間號碼，大樓的大門號碼沒給，入住時直接被困在大樓外，只好等別人進出得以解救，住了幾天遇到別人遇到一樣的狀況，我也去協助。這點實在太粗心。

予約確認のメールはきたがチェックインの仕方のメールが来なかったためチェックインできず問い合わせをしても繋がらず1時間以上チェックインが出来なかった。旅行での貴重な時間を無駄にした。 フロントに直通の電話を設置するなど改善をしてほしい。

The environment is good and convenience to go to everywhere. But the door lock is not working everytime, always need to spend extra times for re-inputting the PW to unlock the door which has to be improved.

静かな環境で近くに飲食店もあり部屋も綺麗でとても良かったです。 レンタカーが借りられなかったのでバス移動では少し交通の便が悪かったです。

冷蔵庫がミニ冷蔵庫なので、自炊には厳しく思います。 食材を入れるところが僅かしかないので、一食分づつ近くのスーパーで買いました。 洗濯は、ホテルすぐ横にコインランドリーがありますが、一回あたり感想までやると千円弱かかりますので、少量であれば手洗いがいいかと思います。

今回初めて利用させて頂きました。 買い物しやすさと交通便利でとても良かったと思いました。後、駐車場の件では話の食い違いがあり、建物の下にあると伺ったのに、ホテルの外にあって、一番奥にされていました。障害者である旦那としては車椅子も出し入れに大変困りました。砂利だし杖でも歩きにくいしで、そこだけが大変でした。後、ベッドなんですが、大人二人でセミダブルはキツイですね…。そこもちゃんと確認すればよかったなと思いました。ですが、お部屋の件で対応してくださった担当(男性)の方がとても良くしてくださって、ご配慮もして頂きまして、お陰様で宿泊中はとても満喫させて頂きました！お部屋もとても綺麗ですし、消毒類なども置かれていて、清潔感があるかなと思いました。また、利用したいと言う気持ちはあります。が、少し我儘を言うならば、駐車場と、ベッドの大きさですかね。。(´>∀<｀)ゝありがとうございました！
