It's enough for one person. It's clean and not too small. I was waiting for breakfast before the scheduled time, so I was grateful that they prepared it a little early.

The location of the accommodation is really good. There are various souvenir shops below the accommodation, so you can leisurely shop until the end on the day of your return if you have an afternoon flight. Also, it is only a 5-minute walk to the monorail station, so it is very convenient to go to the airport.
In the morning, you can enjoy a pretty good free breakfast. Coffee, tea, and ice are provided and are all free. The price is not expensive and it is a very satisfactory accommodation.
Great location, 2 minutes walk from monorail, right at main street, family mart convince store just 1 minute walk. Staff always helpful and well mannered. Free breakfast is simple, toast, salad, soup, coffee machine and local tea. Shared bathroom always clean, TESCOM hair dryer provided which is very nice. WiFi in room also good reception. Room is a bit small but still worth the price.
Check into Room 401.Immediately left our bags in the room to have dinner. After dinner , we return to find the central air did not work and the room was hot and unbearable even with the windows open. It took 2hr until 1:30am to get us a new room after claiming none was available.
It is the perfect location. Glad to see the staff I interacted were very kind and professional. Due to jetlag, I could not see what kind of breakfast items they may have but they have great drink choices that can enjoyed at all times. The rooms can be a little too cold since it is centrally managed. But, otherwise everything is great.
There has been several incidents where the new staff member from Nepal was unprofessional. Copying certain sounds, laughing unconsciously, and bragging constantly are not part of genuine customer service in the hospitality industry.
If you see robotic and identical replies to reviews and low level social media posts, it is done by the new untrained Nepali guy. It had become clear to me, he learned to copy several Japanese words and he makes some feminine sounds when guests arrive to check in or to enjoy their breakfast. During several incidents, his communication and business understanding is not up par by Japanese standards. His behavior neutralized all the other stars for a review.
