"Room was simple, clean, comfortable. Overlooked the greenway. Front desk was excellent with check in, check out, and contacting me when I forgot something in the room after check out. Free parking and breakfast were nice perks. "

"Lovely renovated hotel in a great location. Although the address is on State Street, this is now pedestrianized. If arriving by car you need Gota Street to access hotel car park. There is no restaurant only a small bar, but plenty of eating options. The downside is a small single lift and dark (caramel?) paint on the room walls and ceiling which made the room look smaller than it was. Overall for a 3 star property I was impressed and would happily return."

"Our stay was short and sweet but the room and property were clean. The room decor was pleasantly unique. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Front desk staff made sure to greet me despite the busy breakfast time. "

"Staffing at the front desk is spotty. Continental breakfast was bad with bagged pastries. There were no spoons or bowls for the hot oatmeal. There were no more hot cups for coffee or tea. There's no excuse for running out of paper or utensil supplies - just sloppy & inattentiveness. Why bother even offering breakfast if the guests can't eat it?"
