"Had a great check in and loved my amenity package after a long day of travel. Valet line was long but went quickly. Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown. "The hotel was amazing and the staff was so kind. It was such a beautiful hotel. The pool was enormous and they didn’t have towels when we went down there because they were in the dryer as soon as they came out of the dryer they brought them down to us the pool was nice and warm. The view was gorgeous and I highly recommend if you go there to take a walk outside by the pond and especially to look outside around sunset it is so beautiful highly recommend "
