"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"We stayed at Prominence near the start of spring. During this time, many shops, restaurants, and cafés were either closed for the season, closed early, or had limited seating. Many bar-style eateries were also not very welcoming to families with children.
In hindsight, it might have been better to stay in the Happo-One area, as it was the only ski resort still open for the remainder of the spring season.
That said, the accommodation itself was beautifully modern and spacious. The kitchen was...

"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area.
