"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "A true gem in the Austrian alps. We had the most wonderful stay with our little dog. Staff and service was personable and attentive, room spacious, clean and luxurious. The food was delicious including a marvellous breakfast spread with anything you could wish for."
