"Would stay in this place again with a big group as it has 3 bedrooms and all amenities you could want. Only caution is the steps leading up and down as it has no handrails and is steep. It also has only 1 sink for all to use- if you don’t mind that, well worth staying here!"

"We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again."

"It was a pleasure staying at Villa Kusunoki for our short 5 day stay to attend a family event in Tokyo. The property owner, Mr. Kusunoki, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways. He is an excellent source of information, and seemed very happy to help us in all aspects of our travel and stay. "まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor! "

"我們在這次的入住體驗非常好。在有問題用電郵向民宿資詢時, 很快便獲得回覆。民宿內, 無論客廳、廚房、洗手間及睡房都非常整潔。個人用品也非常齊備。如果, 玄關至洗手間的通道能鋪設地板, 及在上落2樓的樓梯有左右扶手, 這會更舒適及方便長者入住。總括我們非常滿意, 會推薦給朋友。"

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...
