"The location is perfectly located near the pier and next to the steps down to the beach. Its a bit dated and needs some repairs but definitely works. Would like to see it have a bigger place for breakfast and maybe some cold cereal. Staff is very kind. Will be back!!"

"Great property with amazing views. Great location to beach and Pismo Pier. On property restaurant “Blaze & Brew,” is fun and excellent food/menu. Rooms have been redone fairly recently and are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Daily breakfast is good. We’d definitely stay again."

"I felt overall the stay was good. There were a couple of things that stood out that could be changed. First, the upstairs balcony seating area was well arranged. However, the glass was really dirty. I’m not sure how often its cleaned but our entire stay it was dirty. Secondly the tv kept freezing up and even going out. I know that may be more of a network issue but just thought I would mention it. Overall, worth the price!"

"My neighbors played load music All night, certain it could be heard throughout the building. Its seems management turned a blind ear. Great spot close to all. Will stay again, price location cant beat it. A sleeping place when traveling for work."
