"The room was okay but there were a lot of dust under the bedroom and hair found on the bedsheets. The hotel doesn’t provide water or tea in the room. Beach access is from the pool but chairs and umbrella is not provided by the hotel. There is a $55 charge per day to use the umbrella and chairs. This information was not listed by the hotel in Expedia. Hotel staff is okay. It didn’t feel like 4 star hotel for sure. Food and drinks are on the beach and pricy. Overall, our experience was 3/10 "

"Clean room, staff was friendly, but breakfast is very mediocre. No hot breakfast just bagels, cereal and yogurt so I wouldn’t plan on having this be your go-to if you prefer more than that. The pool was actually also closed during our stay and WAS NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR. My 10 year old was really looking forward to this. Parking was good, but the property could use some air fresheners lol "

"Perfect location that is close to the beach. If the ocean water is too cool, both of the pools are excellent options! The Manatee Bar and Grill has a variety of drinks and great grill food! We stayed in the penthouse and it was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of 5! The views are stunning!"

"Would NOT stay here again. Spend the extra $100 or whatever it is & get a better hotel! Cons: 1.) I went to shower and there was a dirty wash clothe left in the shower 2.) my towel had 2 dirty hairs on it 3.) I ask the front desk for a plastic fork & they said “we have them for sale right behind you”… I have to pay $3 for a plastic fork? So I walked across the street and got one for free lol. 4.) I asked for clean towels and the front desk said “I don’t have access to the laundry room” so they gave us tiny pool towels which at least it was something. 5.) the walls are paper thin so can hear everything in the hallway & in the rooms next to you Pros: 1.) location (about a 7 minute walk to the beach) 2.) bed was comfortable & AC worked good 3.) parking lot was lit up good at night "
