"This was a beautiful stay and alan and the staff were really cool and it was overall an amazing vibe. You can see the beach from the top floor and theres such beautiful common areas that are relaxing and extremely quiet and peaceful. When we return to escondido we will definetly be staying again."

"What I liked most about this hostal is that it attracts all sorts of friendly people from around thw world and that thye hodt an event pretty much each day, keeping you engaged in the community. The staff are super friendly and even join on the daily events. The shared dormitories have slightly uncomfortable beds, but all of the facilites you need are there (locker, shower, and the like. "El lugar está muy bonito, no le hacen justicia las fotos, muy limpio y el servicio súper amables, nos tocó la cabaña 9. Tiene u caminito y mirador increíble. Ahí mismo está un restaurante Honorio riquísimo y muy Nice, la cabaña tiene TV. Solo esa cabaña lo tiene, si lo que quieres es una cabaña a pie de bosque, pide la Rústica "

"Very good stay! It is conveniently located, the staff is very friendly and the room is spacious. The only thing I would suggest is to bring mosquito repellent because unfortunately they are a lot of them."

"Die Lage ist klasse, etwas abseits und trotzdem in Laufnähe zum Zentrum (ca. 20 min), dafür ruhiger. In einem Viertel mit vielen Murales, Bars und Kunst, einen Katzensprung vom Bus Terminal 1. und 2. Klasse. Es gibt nicht viele Bäder/WCs, Geduld ist gefragt. Zimmer sind nicht sehr sehr funktional und einfach aber durchaus ok."

"I cannot recommend Ginger Banana enough! The hostel is nice and centrally located. The space is calm, clean, and cute.The space was great, but the best part of Ginger Banana was the people! The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler. If you’re looking to visit Oaxaca City, definitely stay here."

"Terrific little boho b&b in a great neighborhood. Conveniently walkable to the Zócalo and restaurants in El Centro. There are several shared dormitories as well as very comfortable single rooms with private bath. Some of the private rooms have terraces. Staff is super friendly and dedicated to their guests having a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
