"Loved being so close to la punta without being right in the noise of it. All the coolest hippie spots within a short walk and about 15 minutes to La Punta playa. First of all the microbús from Oaxaca Zicatela stop is so close so that was nice at night to just walk up no taxi or camión required. Check in was so easy they asked when I would arrive and were waiting for me since there’s no reception desk. But whenever I messaged through the app they responded right away. AC felt great. "I had a really nice time staying at Planta for a few days in December! The owners were very kind and welcoming and the property is lovely and surrounded by nature, I would love to stay again! The beaches are a little ways away but very fun to explore on foot or by bike. It got fairly cool at night in December and I slept comfortably in the cabins. They also have breakfast available at the property and a shared kitchen, which is good since there are limited food options close by if you don’t...

"Terrific little boho b&b in a great neighborhood. Conveniently walkable to the Zócalo and restaurants in El Centro. There are several shared dormitories as well as very comfortable single rooms with private bath. Some of the private rooms have terraces. Staff is super friendly and dedicated to their guests having a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"This was a lovely property with attentive and hospitable staff. We had not realized that private parking is not available after 10 pm, but were able to easily find street spots. "

"Very central, rooms are huge, modern space with shared kitchen and coworking space. It s a very loud courtyard and the bar plays music loud. Things get quiet after 11pm so just don’t expect quiet before that. Breakfast is great!"

"Nice pool, I cleaned it daily due to the trees overhanging drop lots of debris in it but still nice to have. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. We were asked to vacate our room (4 hours) during our stay due to fumigation happening at in the rooms. Kitchen was decent for cooking a few meals. I came to surf and probably won’t be returning to the la punta area but a nice stay for the price. There was no hot water in our shower. "
