"La habitación asignada no tenía toallas, la puerta apenas cerraba por lo que generaba inseguridad dejar cosas de valor, tres losetas estaban quebradas lo cual podía generar un corte en los pies si se estaba descalzo, el clima (aire acondicionado) hacía mucho ruido, ninguno de los 3 días hubo internet, al mencionarlo en recepción indicaron que estaba fallando, no puede fallar 4 días consecutivos, la realidad es que ofrecen el servicio de Internet y no es adecuado para todas las zonas del hotel,...
