"This was an overnight stop on a road trip. The hotel is in pretty good shape. The breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool or gym, but they looked nice, and there is a small conference room for business meetings. It may have been our room location, but it was quite noisy. The a/c was loud, the ice machine was loud, the bathroom fan was loud."

"I rented two rooms for two nights One of them king and one of them two queens King: no hot water in the shower, sheets were clean and bed comfortable, smelled so bad of cleaner that made both people in the room sick. Staff very friendly. 2 queen- floors were sticky and dirty, shower hot, bed clean and comfortable, overall was not cleaned well, smelled of cleaner and incense was burned right before we arrived. While the price was good, we won’t be staying there again. "

"After traveling four hours and expecting to have accommodations available, the management had canceled my reservation and then was untruthful as to why, claiming they had tried to call me numerous times. When asked what number they called they quickly admitted that they did not have my phone number. My family and I were without accommodations and had to scramble close to 10 PM to find somewhere to rest… Absolutely unacceptable."

"I have been staying at this establishment for a couple of years now. Over the last year I have been seeing a decline in the building structure itself. Which is a huge concern and disappointment. During this visit the entire wall that the beds were on had no electricity. I did call the front desk to inform them of this issue. She did offer to switch rooms for us. But truthfully this should not have been an issue. They should have known about the issue and not put someone in the room to begin with. I declined switching as I was already in the bed when it was noticed. After a long day of driving I had no interest in hauling my things to another room. I mentioned the electricity issue when checking out. The morning shift was not informed of this problem at the switch of sfifts. Disappointed in the service staff. The day we left there was a walker left in the parking lot. I called to inform the front desk. We loaded our things and no one came out to get the walker. I had my husband take the walker inside as I am sure someone will eventually come back for it. And it being left unattended, someone may have picked it up. Again disappointed in the front desk service."
