Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall

On the online booking form we requested a quiet room on the top floor and that is exactly what we got plus the added bonus of a lovely view of the abbey and other historic buildings. The hotel is located well away from the main road so no traffic noise. We had a meal in the bistro which had a good variety on the menu, all reasonably priced as were the drinks. Rooms were spacious and very clean. We didn't have breakfast but were told by other guests that it was excellent. I would recommend this...

Girlfriends 24th birthday so we stayed in the junior suite and it is one of the best views and rooms I have ever stayed in.

great quality interiors and brilliant service from the staff its situated by a Tesco and so its a bit "industrial" around but its ok

Hotel and Spa staff were very welcoming and helpful. Chef was amazing cooked a special vegan meal for my daughter each night we ate in hotel, as there was nothing suitable for her on menu. Room was comfortable and we had everything we required (only feedback I would give is that it would have been more useful to have a couple more sockets available). Lovely stay . Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking . Quiet and nice rooms . Big spacious room and toilet. Need little improvement while re-servicing the room as my room supplies were not properly re-stocked and replaced. Overall good experience

Lovely stay at this hotel. Really enjoyed the pool and spa. Restaurant food was delicious as were the cocktails. Room was clean, spacious and had all amenities.

Stayed here as my daughter was catching an early morning flight the following day. Good value and very comfortable accommodation. Very clean throughout. £12 for parking but that's airports for you.

Just got home from a weekend here and it was absolutely beautiful... breakfast options were great and swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great. My only bad point was the mattress wasnt all that but maybe its be being fussy. Netherless a beautiful place and we will be back in the summer

I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Thank you so much.

It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands special birthday. From the moment we drove up and saw the impressive ship we knew we were in for a special treat. Everything about this place is incredible. Adored the lady that checked us in, who assisted us at a later point throughout our stay. The hotel was lovely, clean and warm. The swimming pool was a little cold at first but not too much of a problem. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a continental bar to help yourself to. I highly recommend the eggs benedict! A slight issue with a female member of staff on the hotel bar on our second time in there who had rudely stated that our first time wasn't paid for,...

A lovely hotel. For us, the fitness facilities was the best part of the hotel: a gym plus a decent sized pool. We didn't have the chance to try any spa treatments so cannot comment on those. Our room was very good size. More than enough space for the two of us. Finishing touch was the mince pies at reception. They were delicious! One suggestion for improvement: better coffee in the room please!
