Fabulous

An excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We would certainly stay there again.

My fiance and I stayed at 3 hotels during our trip (all 3 stars), and this was the best. The hotel was quiet and clean, but best of all, it had the most comfortable bed. The mattress was very soft but also firm enough, and the pillows were perfect. I know everyone has different preferences for this, but for us, it was extremely comfortable. Excluding a bartender who was eager to leave early, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The desk receptonists were really great.

Fantastic property

Connected to a casino that is rough and smells of cigarettes

Great location, close to chain of rocks bridge and 20 mins to St Louis Arch. Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy. Greatest element of our stay was the staff. All were incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend

Big rooms, good location, great breakfast, friendly staff.

After a very warm welcome from Simran we went to our room and were delighted to have such a lovely clean room after our previous night's stay in another Collinsville hotel. It pays to book online and read reviews rather than trying an ad hoc one. Breakfast was fabulous with so much choice depending on people's needs. My daughter loved having both a pancake and waffle maker to try out. The swimming pool looked good although we didn't have the time to give it a try as we were both tired out...

Amazing staff.
