"Jennifer and staff at the spa saved my life. Well almost. I had a medical emergency and they did not panic and made sure I had the best of care. Including a shuttle back from the hospital. On check in we didn’t have a balcony. We love balconies. The staff manages to sort out a new room for us. Chop restaurant Brendan and staff were amazing as always. Great wine great food and even better service. This is going to be our exclusive muskokas destination from now on. Oh and while. He king in PM. Mark Carny arrived and wvery one was very respectful, as was he."

"We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, Kim and Doug weren’t expecting us so we had to wander around to find them. They were quite apologetic and accommodating after. We were able to use the dock across from the property as well as the standup paddle boards. The place is a quick walk to The Kee to Bala. The place is currently under renovation but the room and bathroom was new and beautiful."

"Wonderful one night stay at the Dudley to see a concert at the Kee. No complaints. Beds and lines were very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a floor length mirror or 1-2 mirrors in the room as the only mirror available to get ready was in the bathroom. We made it work as a party of 2 but it would be very challenging if a 3-4 girls stayed in the room."

"The staff went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. The housekeeping staff ( particularly the young woman who worked the weekend of July 18/19) was extremely personable and helpful. She also conducted herself very professionally. The only suggestion I have is to get the door locks fixed/upgraded to prevent folks from being unable to enter their rooms as the cards frequently didn’t work."

"Basic hotel/rooms. Beds were comfy. No elevator so if you have lots of stuff be prepared to haul it all up the stairs. The bedding/linens were all clean but there was stuff on the floor/toilet - almost as though someone got halfway through cleaning then distracted. We didn’t request a change as it was after 1am when we arrived. Did the job for a quick overnight stay and location convenient."
