"Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay...

"Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty. A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Dillon, who works in the restaurant is always eager to meet one's every need. Awesome staff and a truly incredible property. I always make the St. Regis my preferred hotel when in Shenzhen!!!"
