"The staff was very rude I was there on a vacation for my holiday with my family and I got in late with my boyfriend and we have a dog. I rent from choices hotels all the time and I thought their policy was to have pet friendly locations and have it posted at least on their website that they’re not pet friendly, but I paid for my room and it was nonrefundable and my dog had to sleep in the car with me basically because she wasn’t allowed to in the room. She is a servicing animal and has papers. They refused her anyways. I have epilepsy and I’ve had seizures recently and she saved my life so having her there is crucial to my survival and I don’t know if I’ll be renting from choice anymore because of these people in this hotel."

"Everything about the room was good. Clean sheets and towels. Bathroom was clean. Outlets worked, lamps worked. Had a microwave and fridge. Could have used a box of Kleenex. "
