"This place is horrible I stayed up all night because the beds were stained with who knows what and roaches everywhere dead / living to the point that when we was sitting or laying they would be crawling on us and my girlfriend found a few in her hair. I understand this isn’t a five star hotel and you get what you pay for but basic living standards are expected despite the price. I could not stay another night there ( paid for 2 nights birthday weekend) please I know saving money is key when it comes to vacations or traveling all together but this place is NOT worth it. All platforms NEEDS to take this property off the listing. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but I feel compelled to warn people. "

"The air conditioning was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves. Alarm was preset to 6 am with no instructions that it was turned on. The bed was firm but the sheets seemed like they were used and not cleaned. There is no valet parking to unload your belongings. "

"Staff was outstanding, always a friendly greeting when you entered the hotel. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tap room was a nice place to have breakfast outside. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown or the pier in the water areas. "

"Clean room, very friendly staff. The rooms were quite a bit on the small side for my taste. The price did not justify the value for me. This style of room may work for others, not for my wife and I as we were surprised and disappointed once we opened the door. Bathroom very, very small and cramped. "

"The property is in a very convenient location, the staff were helpful and the room was very clean. It would’ve been nice to be able to check in sooner than 4 PM which left us a bit short on time. It would’ve also been nice for the coffee bar in the lobby to be open for business while we were waiting for our room to be ready. "

"There's no restaurant at the hotel. There's no complimentary coffee or coffee service at all in the afternoon. The room was clean. The desk and chaimbermaid were plesant. "

"Very nice property with a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable but no parking lot…valet only. Ten minute walk to Tropicana Field if going to a ballgame, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms need a good deep clean. There is no reason for it to be filthy and have stuff all over the walls."
