"It’s a 2 star hotel which is what it looks like. Boderline clean, bedding not great, the bathroom was re done which was nice. It’s what I expected. Anything over $200 a night is wayyy too much. The location is key. Near everything. "

"Staff was friendly. However, the property itself was very very dirty, including the rooms. It is very old, we couldn’t even charge our phones because the plug would just fall out of the outlets. Lots of little roaches. Would not come back. "

"The air conditioning was dirty. We cleaned it ourselves. Alarm was preset to 6 am with no instructions that it was turned on. The bed was firm but the sheets seemed like they were used and not cleaned. There is no valet parking to unload your belongings. "

"Staff was outstanding, always a friendly greeting when you entered the hotel. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tap room was a nice place to have breakfast outside. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown or the pier in the water areas. "

"The property is in a very convenient location, the staff were helpful and the room was very clean. It would’ve been nice to be able to check in sooner than 4 PM which left us a bit short on time. It would’ve also been nice for the coffee bar in the lobby to be open for business while we were waiting for our room to be ready. "

"Friendly staff and very accomodating, decent breakfast for free. Valet parking is your only option, however the attendents were excellent and always had our car out for when we requested. Only wish the outdoor pool was heated as it is on the second floor of the building."
