"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were great, the food delicious, most the staff was very friendly. You pay resort prices for anything outside of the offered normal breakfast and dinner buffet. Was a great weekend trip. Having a designated shuttle to downtown would make it even better. We paid quite a bit for Uber to get downtown for extra excursions. It’s about a 20-30 minute trip. Loved it and would recommend. "

"The room and hotel were clean. But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in. Wasn’t insane, just annoyed by the unexpected charge checking in. We arrived slightly early, and they said checking in before 3 was impossible unless we paid extra to check in at 1. Overall the hotel was quiet and clean, but these little inconvenient hiccups made the trip less enjoyable. "

"They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. Had to bring wet towels down when checking out or would be charged a fee. Food in restaurant buffet was horrible. Huge pieces of fat in soup, unidentifiable mystery food and not even butter for bread. Dinner and lunch were both inedible and Hungarian food is usually delicious. Furniture in room was in very poor condition and they did not even provide shampoo in the "shower""
