"The room was large with many amenities (kitchen, large bathroom and shower, microwave and refrigerator and dining room table), but the room was not very clean. There were cobwebs in the window. There were dead bugs on the floor. The floor under the bed was filthy. The furniture was old and definitely needs to be updated. For example, the bed had a dip in the middle. The underside of the bed was hanging down to the floor. The metal pieces in the bathroom were rusted."

"Quiet location, but minutes from French Lick Resort, restaurants and activities. Complimentary breakfast is above average - there is an espresso machine, waffle irons, scrambled eggs and meat every morning. Staff is friendly and helpful. "

"The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing "
