Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Special thanks to Mr Dong, Mr Jacky and Ms Anna

Very well located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained hotel

Great location in Hanoi! Beautiful hotel…infact stunning! Good pool/outside bar area on roof. Amazing staff: so attentive. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight’s timing. We were prepared to sit and wait in the lobby but they put us in the spa so we could sleep on beds: so kind. Thank u Minh! The room was really good & the breakfast buffet had everything, with really diligent staff! I could not fault this place!

Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the cookery class a great experience. The added bonus of an upgrade to a suite for our last night just capped a perfect stay.

Good property

We had a delightful stay here. The staff welcomed us with a delicious cinnamon ginger tea (which we liked so much that they gave us the recipe for it!) and was so friendly every time we came through the lobby. The breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop bar has a great view, and I had a wonderful massage at the spa. We also received good recommendations for food in the area (not tourist traps!). I would happily stay at this hotel again!

We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort...

Excellent hotel, well located, Annie was an excellent host - as were the rest of the staff. Couldn't recommend more.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Hanoi – Highly Recommended! The Proverb Hotel is excellent, located right in the heart of Hanoi's vibrant Old Quarter. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—super helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious, featuring a fantastic mattress that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering plenty of choices for everyone alongside excellent...

Excellent service

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

great location near lake, interesting shops and restaurants nearby. Room modern and very well appointed.

The location was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help. The spa provided extremely reasonably priced massages. We had arranged transfer to the airport through the hotel and when the flight time had been changed we were able to alter this at very short notice via email exchange which minimised stress. Would highly recommend!
