Gorgeous view and most comfortable bed! Lovely bedding, nice terrace, very helpful/friendly staff ! Only issue, was a tile on balcony not fixed that was only outside the door “coulissamte”. If I was to come back to La Baule would definitely stay here again. Also, very nice breakfast! Lots of options and delicious!

Wow, what an amazing place. Beautiful old building, wonderful gardens, even a lake to walk around. Swimming pool, games room, good sized stylish bedrooms with lovely high ceilings. Quality breakfast. Would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and done rverything to make my stay plesent. The property is in a very nice, remote, and quiet area. Chateaubriant is a ten minute drive away, with lots of nice restaurants. Dinner one evening was very plesent and good value for money. Would definitely return.

Very modern and clean hotel with excellent helpful staff. Bedrooms are quiet with comfortable beds. Ensuite bathroom is large with walk-in shower. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Kettle, mugs and tea & coffee available in rooms together with a water bottle refillable for free, from the water cooler located in reception. Rooms have twin round-pin sockets and also USB-C charge points. (not USB-A) Good choice available for the buffet style and organic breakfasts. Gluten free choices also available...

A lovely hotel. Despite the low number of guests the hotel still had a great atmosphere. The two-bedroom ‘suite’ was really just two rooms with a shared outer door but very comfortable, great layout and nicely designed, beds amazingly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, beautiful bar in the lobby atrium. The staff were clearly very well trained on the ethos of the hotel and were superbly efficient but also very friendly. Hugely recommended if you’re visiting La Baule.

Stopped off in Nantes to break a journey from Blois to Cognac through the Loire Valley. Arrived early and found Nantes to be an understated treasure. The hotel is beautiful, a converted church overlooking a public park with easy access to the city centre by a short walk but the tram is just at the bottom of the street. there are accessible rooms and a fantastic reception area and bar. wished we had booked more nights. We had a great stay in Nantes. The hotel was very central. Room was comfortable and even had a coffee machine. We could walk every where and followed the green tourist line everywhere.. We would love to visit again and would choose the same hotel

The hotel is very close to the submarine pens in Saint Nazaire, which was part of the reason I visited the area. The staff in the hotel, that I interacted with, were all very polite, helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was being used by quite a few marine engineers whilst I was there as the massive docks that Saint Nazaire is famous for are a short distance away, I had quite a few funny interactions with them so thoroughly enjoyed the fact they were there. A great stay in a convenient location & helpful staff to make the stay a good one.

Very friendly and hospitable staff who made us and our two small dogs very welcome. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting on our terrace, or on the breakfast room with its picture windows, and looking at the magnificent ocean was wonderful. It's a short and lovely walk along the coast to restaurants and then a bit further to the centre of Batz-sur-Mer. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!
