"Good service. Good breakfast with all products but luck of personnel sometimes.
In the room, there is not phone. To call for a service you have to come to the desk"
"The property is very well located and reasonably priced. The morning breakfast was excellent and we had a great stay. The beds could be a little bit softer."

Excellent
Nantes is a wonderful city to visit because it's clean, calm (most stores closed on Sunday - be prepared). I was uncomfortable with the number of unemployed young men standing around the city tramway tracks near old downtown who pander, seem menacing

Nice small city, plenty to see and do, lots of food options. Pedestrian centre very good. FNAC store is full of 'Boys Toys', books and much more, and there's Galleries Lafayette nearby too.

Went over Christmas. Nantes main centre is fabulous. Lots to do and see.
"The property was amazing, fantastic room with facilities, but nothing beats the absolutely amazing service from all the staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where they were like my friends, recognized us, made sure we didn’t go without and just genuine nice people.
Would happily stay here again just for their hospitality alone! "
"Room was good. Bathroom door had a mechanical issue that draws down the grade a bit.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff supersweet, extremely helpful and friendly. They really went all the way to help us with our stay."
"We had a great stay at Seven Urban Suites. The 1 bedroom apartment waa spacious for our family of four. Great having the small kitchen to make snacks and lunch etc.
Very close to bus and two stops into the city.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Clean and modern reception, rooms slightly dated but clean.
Could do with drawers or something in the room, maybe in a wardrobe so there was a place for clothes, only hanging space. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Great value for money "
