"Couple passing by to see the family. Place is god value for the money. In the midst of being revamped...once completed, it will be even better. Well located, walking distance to most places and even a tram to get you wherever you want to go."

"It was really good"

"Great place to stay in Nantes. Closed to groceries stores, mall and public transportation"

"The parking was good. Transport links good. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Felt secure with locked gate at night. No nearby shops. Quite noisy road nearby. "

"Good room with a tiny useful kitchenette, a complete and tasty breakfast with milk alternatives."

"Great location, well-equipped and comfortable room. "

"Quiet, Clean room with excellent amenities & ac! It’s accessible by tram but a bit of a walk if you prefer to be directly in the center. Solid stay."

"We stayed in the Nairobi apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast in the hotel, excellent quality food and friendly, helpful staff."

"Excellent location in the old town very clean and convenient."

"I stayed in the Saint Germain apartment. Location was right off of Place Royale. I enjoyed it as it was lively and centrally located to restaurants, shops, sites, transportation, but the square can get noisy with all the activity. Unit matched description and it was great to have more space to lounge, eat, and a small kitchen. Checking out was easy (only needed to call them to notify that I left)."

"The apartment was clean, spacious and well catered (except for the lack of hair dryer). However, there was no WIFI, which made it extremely inconvenient for me to do any work. I had to find another venue which is difficult in a city I do not know. The absence of WIFI made it impossible to receive emails, so I was also left stranded to access my key on arrival. Definitely not to be recommended for international professional travel."

"Nice staff"

"Great little apartment in a good location"

"Good fair value Property "

"La chambre se trouve chez un particulier Aucune indication qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel Ni savon, ni serviette, juste deux torchons qui font office. Pas même une bouteille d’eau. Frigo éteint. En plein travaux Aucun élément de sécurité en cas d’évacuation. Point positif.: Tout est neuf avec une porte fenêtre qui donne sur une petite terrasse. Dans un an, je pense que tout sera parfait"

"Very impressed with this hotel. Good location, 20 minutes from the city centre, with onsite parking, lovely boulangerie nearby, and lots of shops etc in the area. We checked in after hours, all codes sent by email in advance and check in was very well explained. The apartment was basic, but clean, air conditioned and exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, sofa bed was very good quality. Great shower. Great value for money."
