The hotel is nice and well located. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly. Buffet style breakfast. Our first room had a major issue with the climatisation, second room was fine (we were given a suite).

The interior design looks and feels like you are at an elementary school. Breakfast buffet was great for a quick breakfast had enough options for everyone. Did have an issue with the connecting hallway that the carpet was wet and smelled because water would drip from the celling. some one came too look at it but didn’t get fixed.

Quiet and very well located

Practically brand new hotel, situated within a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the Duc de Bretagne castle. Despite its location, I heard no noise from my window. The heating worked well and the bathtub was immaculate - I could have taken a bath but did not have the time. It is well located to most of the sites. Breakfast was plentiful in a bright room with plenty of room. I would recommend and stay here again.

Nice accommodation but make sure you ask for a view otherwise you will get the roof which is just concrete and graffiti. Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. Map was excellent and enabled us to see most of Nante in a day and half. Great place

Location, location, location’

Great hotel in perfect location. 3 min walk from train station, 6 from airport shuttle bus stop. There is a small supermarket beside the hotel and if you want a last drink there is an Irish bar 3 min walk from the hotel. Less than 10 min walk to the main shopping area and about 6 to bars and restaurants. Could not have picked a better hotel. Breakfast is continental, ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads and croissants baked fresh. Really enjoyed our stay there

Hotel Opp Main Station

Opp from the main station, with the tram/bus stop just a short walk away. There’s even a small Carfour supermarket right next to it. Dining options, if u aren’t too fussy about it. Breakfast is continental style, so please dun go expecting bacon, sausage etc. That said, options are varieties are great. Hotel & the rooms are in great condition, clean n properly maintained. Room that we had was huge so another plus point.

Double charge for room booking on 14 Sept 2025

I booked 4 rooms for a group of 7 persons from 13-15 Sept 2025. The payment term was paying upon check-in, which is what we did. Each room was paid separately by the respective guests. My room was paid using my wife’s credit card, although the booking was done using my credit card. However, upon receiving our credit card statements, I found that my wife’s card was charged for the room on 13 Sept, which is correct. But my card was also charged for the same amount on 14 Sept. Therefore there is a double charge which I believe is due to the fact that my card was used to make the overall booking for 4 rooms. Please reimburse me the amount of 181.71 euros for the transaction charged on 14 Sept. As a reminder, we checked in 13 Sept and checked out 15 Sept. GOH WOOI LEE
