"We had a smooth check in. Place was clean. We liked how close it was to london tower. We also liked having laundry in the apt. It was a bit noisy as construction was happening outside."

"We enjoyed our stay as the place was within walking distance to restaurants, buses and train station. Also our rooms were very spacious as we opted for 3 bedrooms. Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."
