Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. Excellent service, good location. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent but a little pricey. The car park is situated at the sister hotel the “Belle Epoque”. Afternoon tea and breakfast were outstanding. The hotel kindly loaned us towels to visit the Thermal spa. The only slight issue is that there are about 10 stairs to climb before the lift, which could be a problem for some people.

Superb. The best hotel ever,directly adjoining the Kurhaus with concerts, balls and restaurant, not to mention night club and casino.

Seven bikers arrived tired and hot. The staff could not have been more helpful, allowing us to quickly order a meal just before the kitchen closed down for the evening. The bar was also kept open which was very well received ! Breakfast was also a real treat. The rooms were very good, being clean, spacious and just what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again. Loveley property , parking was in an underground carpark 500m up the street due to work going on at the hotel , restaurant was amazing , never used the pool or spa area but looked gorgeous

We booked this as a handy stop travelling north. Although in a quiet rural area, it is handy for the autobahn. Comfortable family room, quiet. The shower was over the bath, a little awkward to access. We hadn’t realised that the restaurant was Michelin rated, but we were wowed by dinner. A fantastic steak meal and Schwabian noodles for the children. Breakfast was in a smaller, more intimate room. The waiting staff and reception staff could not do enough for us.
