Friendly, competent staff. Good location for town. Great breakfast which you can also enjoy on the terrace overlooking the gardens towards the Caracalla Spa. The hotel is immaculately clean. We had garden room 106, which was very nice and spacious. This room has 3 quite high steps between the sleeping area and the entrance where the bathroom is. You can’t see the steps at night unless you put the lights on. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Fantastic location. The views are stunning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There is free parking and it's a very safe location, quiet and restful. All the rooms have air-conditioning and a TV. There is also a wellness centre. I haven't used it but have seen it and it looks very well maintained. Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. Excellent service, good location. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent but a little pricey. The car park is situated at the sister hotel the “Belle Epoque”. Afternoon tea and breakfast were outstanding. The hotel kindly loaned us towels to visit the Thermal spa. The only slight issue is that there are about 10 stairs to climb before the lift, which could be a problem for some people.
