"Not the cleanest"

"Important warning for future guests: During check-in, the staff strongly pressured us to opt out of daily housekeeping under the guise of a “Green Initiative.” They emphasized the environmental benefits and assured us we could simply request cleaning “as needed.” Do not fall for it. We quickly regretted agreeing and ended up frustrated with the lack of regular service. Rooms weren’t refreshed properly, and requesting cleaning on demand was inconvenient and inconsistent. What they frame as an eco-friendly choice felt more like a way to reduce staffing. If you want a truly comfortable stay with consistent cleanliness, insist on daily housekeeping from the start — or be prepared for extra hassle. This was the only significant downside of our otherwise great stay."

"Had a great stay. Nice property, set back from road and highway. Room was on the backside of hotel and surprisingly quiet. Wooded grounds were nicely landscaped. Would stay again."

"We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told our room would be ready at 2:00 pm. So we hung out in the nice lobby until 2:00 pm to check in. When we asked to check in they said our room was ready but there was a $35 fee for early check ins - that is any time before 3:00 pm. Arghh. "
