The stay was excellent! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it!
This was located perfectly between Flagstaff and Williams. It was a short drive to both.
The cabin was equipped well for a newly opened property. There was a slight wifi issue inside the cabins but they are aware and are working diligently to fix it.
They have a pretty nice dog park, with separate areas for small and large dogs. My shepherd and I used it several times a day and it was well maintained with doggie bags for your convenience.
Everything from view, the comfort of the bed, to the finishes were pretty perfect.
Fair warning to light sleepers, the train passes several times/night and blows it's horn. They have ear plugs and a noise machine but having your own noise-canceling ear buds or headphones might be helpful.
The cabin have a kitchenette with some basic necessities to cook. The bathroom has luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels are incredibly soft and large.
There are separate towels for the hot tub and robes with eye masks to help complete a very luxurious stay.
My only suggestion would be an email and/or text service to help with check-in/out. I had called and texted the number on the website but no one answered so I had to give only 4 stars for service.
Otherwise, this is a great value, luxurious cabin resort that I highly recommend if visiting the area.
Absolutely loved our stay at Ponderosa Pines Resort! The location in Parks is so peaceful, beautiful, and surrounded by nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and super comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect, peaceful getaway and a great space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the outdoors together! The grounds were extremely well kept, and check-in/service was seamless. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind near Northern Arizona. 🌲✨
The place is very nice. It’s still missing a lot of things and is still under construction. The service was very poor; the Wi-Fi didn't work, and we never got a response from the front desk. I would go back, but probably only once everything has improved.
