"Perfect place to stay for the Boots in the Park music festival!"

"I got there early and waited in lobby when it was time for check in they were so lost.Then I found a cockroach in my bathtub and outside my room door.Went outside in evening for a small walk around hotel and there was cockroaches everywhere.Very disappointed in hotel.Ate at Gardunos Restaurant in hotel they got out orders wrong 3 times we were starving so just finally kept order they were really rude"

"The whole hotel was spotless literally the restrooms in the lobby down to the restaurant and the rooms were perfectly clean. Good food at the restaurant and the whole staff was amazing "

"I recently stayed at this property. The hotel was not well maintained, and the cleanliness inside was far below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like a clean or properly cared-for environment."

"The room was pretty worn down especially the bathroom. The shower pressure was so hard you literally could not shower. When I brought this up to the front desk, they pretty much did not care. It's not like it used to be."
