Great

Such friendly kind people to deal with....very helpful tips too...I highly recommend this property...it's very clean....definitely will go back

Exceeded all expectation. The room was immaculate and the customer service was impeccable. Luxury accommodation without the price tag. If you're staying in Timmins stay here, you won't be disappointed. Can't rate the Balsam Suites highly enough, five stars from me!

Very nice, clean, modern, nice pool area, nice breakfast.

Friendly staff in a well located hotel for visiting the area

Used the microwave, great buffet breakfast. No notes
