"Totally enjoyed the pool. "

"Property was very nice, our stay was also very comfortable, rooms are nice except for the fact that the underside of the beds didn’t look like they were swept or vacuumed. We have stayed at this location a few times and will always come back when in need of a stay in Sudbury. One thing I would recommend though is if you could fix your hot tub in your pool room. Previous stays we have been there, the hot tub is never operational. The Expedia app also states the hotel offers a free continental breakfast. It does not. The restaurant attached to the hotel called Perkins is offered to guests at a 10% discounted rate with room keys for breakfast. As for the discount I’m not sure if it applies for lunch and dinner meals as well. Otherwise we had an excellent stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you."

"Breakfast was ok, more options would have been nice. More seating or a high chair for toddlers would be good. If there was one I didn’t see it. Water pressure in the room was pretty poor but not terrible. Man at the front desk was very nice and thorough. My kids loved the slide. Beds were comfy pillows too but I like a stiff pillow. "

"Breakfast eggs were runny and upset my stomach, is the only real complaint I have. Some guests in my area of the hotel treat the hallways as it’s their living room. Talking very loudly. But that happens at every hotel I find."

"Our stay was pretty good. Two guests but only one chair to sit on. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Modern decor and welcoming. The only negative were the kids running the hall until and kicking doors until after 11 pm. I do realize they need to blow off steam, but what are the parents doing?"

"Rooms were okay. Nothing special. Front desk staff were nice but the houseekping staff was rude. I had asked one one the housekeepers for 4 extra towel as we were staying two nights and only had two towel in our room when we arrived. She gave me a dirty look and asked me if i really needed 4 towels. I said yes as we were here for two nights and i only had two in our room. So she gave me the two and thwn proceeded to tell me how low on towels they were. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Honestly dont think i will ever return to this hotel."

"Some renovations happening at the facility. Other than that it was perfect to get some shut eye and hit the road 1st thing in the morning"
