"Hotel front desk could be better, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out of the backroom to check me in. It was 10pm the lobby had people in and out but no receptionist standing at the desk. "

"Furniture in room very stained and torn apart. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dryer in laundry didn’t work but I received my money back. Some staff not knowledgeable about pool hours. Hot tub was great. "

I’m a returning customer, and I continue to choose this hotel because the price is good and the rooms are decent."
