"Our room was sweltering hot. When I told the front desk clerk that it was so uncomfortable she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Lol Breakfast was far less options that other hotels of this caliber. Bath tub was less than clean. Bathroom floors in the corners looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Solid disappointment with this hotel."

"The room was not touched by housekeeping the entire stay. We had to request clean towels/rags, trash bags and tidied up ourselves. The breakfast was less than desirable. The room itself was standard but definitely not clean. "

"I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."
