"We would stay again. All of the staff members that I interacted with were very helpful, quick, and polite. The parking was a little tight. Getting to the hotel requires driving through the airport which was a little hassle. I imagine if you had a layover or delayed flight here, it would be incredibly convenient. The rooms were acceptably clean."

"My husband had to take a quick trip as his father passed away recently. After a very long day of making funeral plans he checked in to the hotel only to be put into a room that had large holes in ceiling with leaky pipes. Exhausted from the day he stayed the night. He checked out in the morning and ask the receptionist if they knew of the hole in the ceiling and they said yes. So somehow this hotel thought it was appropriate to put someone in that room. He was suppose to stay two nights, he checked out early. We aren’t familiar with Rochester and the area of this hotel is also very bad. The hotel and hotels.com refused a full refund. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with hotels.com and it’s appalling they were unreasonable with us after choosing to be affiliated with such a terrible hotel. Would never stay here again. "
