"The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty.
It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast.
There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in.
Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job. "

Had a meal with family in the evening & can definitely recomnend eating here - food is excellent, using local ingredients.
Had bacon rolls to takeaway on checkout, which was a nice surprise.
Looking forward to our next stay - we wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting the area."

The service by the family that owns th Inn and their employees is very good. The prices are reasonable, and the locals are friendly. The garden is very pretty also. No complaints, would stay again. "Our stay at the Jack Russell was very enjoyable.
The service was excellent and the food was very good. The bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely view. However, the lighting was very subdued which is relaxing but it would have been useful to have more efficient reading lamps. The breakfast bar was good but it would have been nice to have a selection of nuts and seeds and full fat natural yoghurt.
