"It was all very good until check out as I was being accused taking their laundry bag. After few discussions they agreed not to charge the cost of laundry bag. However it already left a bad taste in my mouth so I took one star off. The location was very good being close to the bikini but it’s under construction while I was there. It made the water so murky that it wasn’t very inviting as well as the noise of the trucks killed the peace & quite. I’m sure in a year the beach will be nice again....

"We had to wait for about an hour at the airport after the agreed check-in time before we were able to board the speedboat going to the resort which also takes almost an hour. If you have an Expedia VIP benefits, you would need to raise that to the resort as they wouldnt tell you what you are entitled to. Also, the benefits are misleading specifically around the credit for activities you can do in the resort. The resort is beautiful and the meals are very good - changes every meal and every day. "

"We had an exceptional stay at Kurumba! It was our first time in the Maldives, and the hotel was only a 10 minutes boat ride from the airport. The room was excellent, spacious and clean, with direct beach access. The bathroom was large and had an outdoor shower area. The Kurumba staff went above and beyond to ensure we had fantastic stay. For example they decorated the room for our honeymoon and on my wife's birthday they brought her a cake. The
