"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"Historical 18th century building. Part of Udaipur history. Good hospitality . Ok food. Breakfast included and well made. 4 or 5 choices. Sewage smell in the room and lobby .Nearby construction . Room windows opened to a 5. 4 shut permanently. 1 opened to a white wall in .. No view at all of roads or lake Pichola from some rooms in the hotel. 2 Ms day occupancy was 5/35.. they could have upgraded me to a room with a view. They didn’t. "

"OMG, where to start? First, the photos on the site are exactly as the hotel appears. From check-in, the staff were amazing and allowed us to have our room at 09:30. The area is bustling and vibrant, and the hotel decor reflects the merge of modern amenities with timeless architecture. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast is an oasis in the city. "Dud not like b ars on windows which blocked the pretty view of the lake. Only one resraurant and no littke shop to buy snacks or drinks. "

"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."
