Brilliant, very nice clean hotel with well mannered staff. A spa would’ve made this hotel a 10/10 :)

The day I arrived I asked them what times they go pick up from the airport and I didn't have to wait too long.I was booked in pretty quickly and was take. Up to my room the room had all the amenities apart from water but there was a bottle in the room where you could fill up from 2 water machines near the lifts.The breakfast buffet was lovely plenty to choose from.The hotel had a shuttle going to the MTR metro every 30mins and it was always packed it would do pick up to from from the MTR from ...

The rooms are lovely, and the staff is incredibly helpful—there is always someone available when you need them. A big shout out to the doorman and security for their help with taxis. Breakfast can get quite busy, so expect a queue. The location is great for the stadium, though it is a bit of a walk from the MTR stations. While the shuttle bus is a nice touch, it doesn't run frequently enough to be truly helpful. Additionally, the road layout around the hotel is a bit awkward, meaning taxis often...

It was all just exactly what you would need to have for short visit stay. Very nice bed, very clean room, very nice shower, basic essentials to use without needing to open your suitcase anymore. Airport shuttle is quite frequent and free, feels like a cherry on top! Would stay here again next time. Thank you!!

This is an excellent budget stay, can't get better than this! They offer shuttle service, the rooms are big enough and clean, it is located by the water, etc.

I was very lucky with the hotel as they gave me a free room upgrade. room was spacious overlooking the river, 15min walk to shatin metro station. staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they don't provide plastic water bottles but rather installed water filter so you can have as much water as you want. Bring your toothbrush thou. Thanks for the great stay

The hotel is stunning and perfect for families as so much care and attention to safety. We were a couple and found it a fantastic place to stay Breakfast was amazing so much choice even though it basically catered to the Asian clientele there was still plenty of choice. Rooms staff pool games gym so much to do. Would give it all 100%

Quiet location with mountain and ocean views away from busy urban areas. But you can’t escape the motorways and faint rumble of traffic in the background. Lovely spacious room for Hong Kong hotel. Clean. Efficient and courteous staff. 5 minutes walk from a clean public beach. Great roast goose at Tsuen Wan! The main downside is having to travel an additional 10-15 minutes from Tsuen Wan MTR to the hotel on the free regular shuttle bus service. Otherwise a decent place to stay for a good price

We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It's perfect for anyone looking to explore the city. The food at the hotel's restaurant was another highlight. I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.
