Halls and the room were especially hot at night, not sure if just a malfunction with the heating! Parking situation was a little frustrating as the listing says ‘first come first served’ but when we arrived several spaces had been reserved for people who booked ahead so we paid for the car park down the road. We have stayed in a much nicer hotel with that amount of budget. The room was OK but things like a shower over the bath with a rather tired curtain were not what we had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately I felt the experience didn’t live up to our expectations...

"Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!"
