Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies....

Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip.

The property was lovely, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well. Kitchen was clean and plenty of utensils. Only 2 tea bags and small amount of coffee in a jar that had been used previously. And opened used bag of sugar so wasn't too happy about that. We bought our own cleaning stuff as we were there for 4 nights, although there was cleaning stuff left for us. Ive stayed in some places and they've left better supplies of tea etc and even water bottles. Other then that...

Perfect location for our needs. Town centre location, close to beaches, walking distance to people we were visiting. This is our 2nd year in a row at the accommodation and won’t be the last

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Royal William Yard Apartments. Second time round was just as good as the first, getu clean, comfortable and the location is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

Cosy set up , and reasonably priced , Parking was nearby . Would definitely stay again .

The nearest shops were a fifteen minute walk away. Clean room. Good check in.

Fun location in the heart of the Barbican. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Three large double bedrooms. Loved the spacious top floor with terrace

Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough!

Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.

Superb location and very clean with wonderful comfy beds and pillows and soft fluffy towels. Lovely to have biscuits, fresh milk, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets on arrival. Lovely large space for our family of 5. Parking pre booked and well worth it, entry into the building / apartment by key code easy to implement. Kitchen facilities more than adequate and bathroom facilities very boutique style. A spacious, quirky apartment...Will be staying again!

Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...

Cute little cabin in a quite pretty location. Basic, but worth the money if you want a value for money private accommodation. My only comments (not complaint as these things don’t bother me). It was cold when I got there, it would have been nice if the heating could have been put on before arrival. The floor is freezing - bring slippers. The shower had a bit of a mind of its own and was either cold or red hot! It was cleanish but not perfect. And the tea tasted awful (not sure if water...
