"Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were immaculate. The shower was a great temperature, albeit on the small size. The view of the bay from my balcony was unbelievably beautiful. I’ve never woken to a better view. The staff were friendly and my luggage was carried to my room. The check in and check out was fuss-free. I believe there is parking available, though I used the long-stay carpark, just opposite. Negatives: the rooms are VERY dated and in need of a LOT of TLC. If you can look beyond this, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay for a reasonable rate. Especially for St Ives. It would be good to see the place brought back to life with a lick of paint."

"We had a Two Night stay which was very enjoyable. The Hotel is very clean and tidy, the Staff were Excellent and overall it served our needs, the only downside (if you can call it that) is the lack of Parking when there are events on and the cost for not a guaranteed space"

The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. "A Huge establishment, with breathtaking views and fantastic Beer Garden. The Hotel side is dated but comfortable. The Bar is vast, but the staff aren't the happiest trying to get a smile was difficult. Overall i would return, the location is so good."
