"The staff was extremely kind and generous. My family had a wedding and some of us had unexpected flight delays. The receptionist Shoriah assisted us well and ensured we were able to check in earlier to get dressed for the wedding. The breakfast was very tasty and environment was clean. We will definitely stay here again. A bit thanks to the entire staff for making our stay a memorable one."

"The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. It was a great luxury experience, from the decor, food, entertainment, beach, and ambiance. The resort stands out among all the all-inclusive hotel in Jamaica. I have passed by the S hotel a few times to go to other resorts. Its proximity to the airport and being in the center of MoBay, means I did not have to travel far for a great experience. I will definitely stay here again for a longer trip."

"Great new resort! Our family very much enjoyed out stay. We loved the waterpark, pools, staff, and food. The only negative was the beach/swimming area at the beach. It is very small, rocky, and obviously unnatural. My advice would be to invest some further money into further developing the beach with proper beach sand and pushing the beach further out from shore."
