"Overall, the stay at a Iberostar Rose Hall was excellent. The food was delicious and a wide variety of choices. Most of the staff was friendly, but you could tell they were overworked and underpaid. Our room was very nice but had an unpleasant odor. It didn’t bother us too much because we were barely in the room and we brought candles and air fresheners. The gentleman who checked us in did not give us all the information about what we had access to. We found out along the way but by then we had started paying for excursions outside of the resort. Had we known we could have saved money and utilize everything on the resort. The excursions were fun, but the drive took a lot of our day. I would recommend this place, but I would also recommend to do your research thoroughly before going. * Make sure you have cash for Tips. But it is not required. I can’t wait to plan my next trip."
