"Ben was comfortable, cleanliness was disgusting, stains on cushions, dented fridge, heat pump not working, batteries in tv remote flat had to use my own. Dryer not working. I want a refund, not what I paid for as the photos are deceiving and not the same as what you get."

"Stayed in a 2 bed villa. It was so clean and new. Well equipped and perfect for the family. Well decorated too. The small resort has a couple of waterslides heated to 25 degrees and a jumping pad, so the kids were entertained even in winter. Lovely staff too. "
